Project Process

• Overall supervision, administration, coordination and monitoring of all projects activities.
• Review and study contract details and scope of work.
• Liaise with customer/s regarding specifications, technical details, submittals, project activities, project plan, schedules, product testing, and other matters.
• Preparation of project program/plan/schedule.
• Preparation and submittal of drawings, material samples and data sheet, method statements, quality control procedure, test reports, etc. to obtain approval of the architect or client.
• Preparation of Materials Take-off, sourcing, and procurement.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure that materials are delivered timely as needed and conform to project specification.
• Attend site coordination meetings.
• Preparation of cost estimate and quotation of items addendum to the project contract. Submit quotation and coordinate/negotiate with client to obtain approval.
• Preparation and submittal of project accomplishment reports and progress billings.
• Preparation, submittal and monitoring of project billing/s (request for payment).
• Project-Hand-Over.

Specialised Glazing

Tej Glass Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has a dedicated team of Glazing Specialists to design, supply and install customised Glazing Solutions for your project. Architectural glass is a diverse material, coming in thicknesses ranging from 4 mm to 25 mm. It can be laminated, toughened, painted, coated with metals and ceramic inks, mirrored, polished and processed, and assembled into Insulated Glass Units. This diversity allows glass to be installed into almost limitless and unique applications.

STRUCTURAL GLAZING

Structural glazing with silicone is a specialized curtain walling system, which allows perfectly uniform large glazed surfaces, not interrupted by traditional frames or any other supporting or fitting system projecting out of the surface of the glass. Instead of being fitted in frames, the glass is fixed to support, which in turn is attached to structural element of the building, the tightness of the whole being obtained by a silicone seal along the edges of the internal surface.

CURTAIN WALL

The stick curtain wall system is a frame of aluminium with mullions and transoms quite similar to large framed glazing except that the walls form an independent envelope around the main structure and are generally not resting on the concrete structure but only connected to it. Planimetery of the whole glass wall as a single unit and special sealing elements, materials, and technique makes it highly specialized job. SPIDER GLAZING

Submitted to wind pressure, to be flexible and make a continuous curve instead of a double curvature. It limits sensible the tension in the glass at suspension points. Bolted glass system is often used on main entrances elevation of the big buildings, so that anybody can have unhindered view into the building.

SKY LIGHT/DOME GLAZING

In modern roofing concepts sky lights are very popular, sky lights are beneficial in those areas where natural light is required. Moreover sky light is being used in domed shape which is again a new concept in modern construction industry the sky light units are being made out of aluminium frames or stainless steel frames and multi wall laminated and insulated glasses or multi wall polycarbonate sheets in desired colours and specification.
